What you will do

• Develop AI-native systems for aerospace design, build, and test processes.
• Build and maintain production-grade REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement software using Java, Python, and React within the AWS ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Emerging Technology Team to bring software perspectives to aerospace analysis.
• Ensure quality through unit and end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience writing production code.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript.
• Nuanced understanding of modern database systems (RDBMS, NoSQL, etc.).
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or legal asylum/refugee status per Export Control Regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Angular.
• Previous use of AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
