Program Manager (Engineering)

What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement, and site leaders to create a sustainable pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders to ensure a responsive, low-friction experience.
• Facilitate and negotiate client contracts to ensure profitability and alignment with operational capabilities.
• Coach and mentor project managers and seller-doers to strengthen team performance.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership to align activities with company growth targets and profit goals.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development to represent the firm at industry events and tradeshows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive technical experience in engineering, automation, or construction.
• 5-10 years of experience in a Program, Project Management, or Business Development role.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving growth targets.
• Experience in at least two markets: Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemical, Consumer Products, or Metal.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
