What you will do

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations from requirements and solution design through configuration, validation, and launch.
• Translate institutional goals into effective and sustainable product setups.
• Perform deep troubleshooting to resolve complex technical or process-related bottlenecks.
• Turn complex product capabilities into training and enablement for various stakeholders.
• Provide actionable input to Product and Engineering teams based on observed partner pain points.
• Productize manual tasks through better configurations and repeatable patterns to improve scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar partner-facing delivery role.
• Proven track record of deep product mastery and owning a specific product area.
• Strong implementation architecture instincts for designing scalable solutions.
• Ability to handle messy datasets and troubleshoot using CSVs and spreadsheets.
• Clear and concise communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
