What you will do

• Own technical direction of SIS integration systems end-to-end, including pipelines, data models, and product interfaces.
• Define and drive adoption of a new consolidated integration architecture replacing legacy patterns.
• Ensure data correctness, fault-tolerance, observability, and debuggability across heterogeneous external sources.
• Design systems handling varied SIS environments with clean internal representations.
• Mentor on best practices, design patterns, and code quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years backend engineering experience operating at scale as technical lead.
• Background designing/operating high-reliability integration systems with data correctness guarantees.
• Expertise in fault-tolerant, observable, production-debuggable systems.
• Experience with complex external systems translated to clean internal models.
• Strong judgment defining integration standards/patterns.
• Strong SQL and database optimization (PostgreSQL a plus); comfort with async/event-based architectures.
