What you will do

• Deploy to production from day one and take full responsibility for shipped code.
• Create technical specifications, design features, and implement them.
• Own and manage core infrastructure, databases, and system architecture.
• Scale the existing codebase to support rapid growth.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by helping hire new teammates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
• Track record of shipping fast, production-grade code.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases.
• Proficiency with REST, GraphQL, GCP, AWS, and Docker.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
