What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement a community engagement playbook for each platform.
• Grow hirify.global’s subreddits into active and trusted user communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy, integrating AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain cross-channel consistency.
• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social growth.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate tone that resonates with online communities.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and LLM source citation.
• Must be based in the United States.
