What you will do

• Build and expand hirify.global's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a strategic playbook for community interaction, defining when to engage or remain silent.
• Grow and manage official subreddits into active, trusted user communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy, leveraging AI tools to maintain authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Measure key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, ideally within fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer categories.
• Native-level proficiency in platform-specific communication, with a strong dislike for corporate-speak.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how Large Language Models (LLMs) cite sources.
• Proven ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human and authentic.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-specific benefits.
