Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a strategic playbook for community engagement, defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Scale hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a content and engagement strategy that leverages AI without losing authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across all channels.
• Measure success through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone, avoiding corporate-speak.
• Must be based in the United States.
