Location: Must be based in the Greater Phoenix area (Chandler, AZ); currently approved for candidates residing in AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, and VA.

Salary: $50,000 base, average annual earnings $75,000 with uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Advise customers on auto loan refinancing and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach.
• Manage and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospective customers.
• Process finance deals accurately through financial sources to secure funding.
• Perform needs assessments and effectively overcome customer objections.
• Ensure all business is conducted in compliance with lender guidelines and finance laws.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in an inside sales role, particularly in insurance, college admissions, or financial services.
• Experience handling and maintaining a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and utilize various software platforms.
• Must reside in approved US states (AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, VA).
