What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 customers using a scaled engagement model and automated channels.
• Partner with Sales to define success criteria and ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
• Lead customers through adoption plans to drive product usage and behavioral change.
• Analyze product telemetry and customer data to identify risks and opportunities across the book of business.
• Own adoption and retention metrics to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Sales teams to improve scaled content and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to analyze data sets, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to demonstrate ROI to customers.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of accounts effectively.
