What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live with clear success metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, including overseeing hiring efforts.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders at global firms.
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end and develop scalable onboarding frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to surface product gaps and drive resolutions.
• Conduct executive-level demos and workshops to articulate value and handle complex objections.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment.
• Direct people management experience in a client-facing or delivery environment.
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in New York City, San Francisco, Houston, Denver, or Chicago.
