What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches and business goals.
• Create scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications.
• Partner with product teams to ensure help center and knowledge base documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs like time-to-proficiency and feature utilization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales, support, and customer success teams.
• Experiment with innovative AI approaches for product knowledge testing.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product enablement, GTM enablement, or a similar role.
• Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (Sana), CMS (Seismic, Highspot), and tools like Guru and Gong.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and track enablement ROI.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the GRC/Security space or experience in highly technical environments.
• Curiosity and experience using AI to amplify productivity and efficiency.
