Human Resource Generalist - Warehouse Operations

What you will do

• Support the HR Manager and distribution center leadership with HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage onboarding activities, offer letters, pre-employment processes, and orientation for hourly associates.
• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, investigations, and unemployment claims.
• Administer leave programs, benefits support, open enrollment, workers’ compensation, and safety initiatives.
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, culture, training, surveys, and workforce communication.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with leave administration and management.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing within the food, beverage, or retail industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, resolve complex employee issues, and apply HR policies and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with frontline employees, managers, leadership, and corporate HR functions.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
