Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead concept development and creative direction across various projects and accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with strategy, technology, and production teams to ensure strong client outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for high-quality delivery.
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team through feedback and professional development.
• Translate business and marketing strategies into effective experience and design solutions.
• Communicate creative ideas and strategies clearly to clients and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a digital agency.
• Proven experience leading designers, production specialists, and writers.
• Strong portfolio of digital design and art direction work.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
• Ability to present and justify concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion design, rapid prototyping, or vibe coding.
• Experience collaborating with inter-agency teams.
