What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery workflow for ELT print and digital components from approved content to publication.
• Prepare artwork briefs, audio scripts, and participate in copy-editing and proofreading.
• Track project schedules, anticipate risks and delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage delivery budgets, provide cost estimates, and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
• Engage, brief, and manage freelancers and external suppliers in alignment with company policy.
• Mentor Managing Editors and contribute to team-wide process improvements and resourcing.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale print and/or digital publishing projects.
• Strong organizational and editorial skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in budget tracking, risk management, and managing external suppliers.
• Proficiency with CMS tools; experience with InCopy or InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
