What you will do

• Contribute to site vision, master plan, business cases, and project plans for long-term growth.
• Manage capital projects including scopes, cost estimations, design, construction, and execution within budget and timelines.
• Apply continuous improvement, state-of-the-art technology, automation, and sustainability practices.
• Lead tender processes, contractor control, hazard studies, risk assessments, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support resource planning, contingency actions, and budgetary control.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Mexico with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline; Plant Engineering/Maintenance and Project Management certifications.
• 7-10 years in engineering/operations including project management; 2-5 years progressive people management experience.
• Proven track record in complex manufacturing projects, facility design, TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean, EHS, financial concepts (OPEX/CAPEX), and SAP.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
