What you will do

• Capture high-quality video and photography in diverse environments, including events, interviews, and on-location shoots.
• Edit and produce platform-optimized short- and long-form content, including reels, stories, and motion graphics.
• Identify and apply emerging social media trends to develop creative, platform-native content ideas.
• Manage end-to-end content workflows, including organizing, archiving, and delivering assets under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to execute content strategies.
• Travel frequently (up to 50%) to capture timely, impactful content for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in videography and photography within fast-paced, social-first environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and photo content across major social platforms.
• Experience executing end-to-end production for on-location shoots.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Akron, Ohio.
• Relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Drone certification or aerial content experience.
