TL;DR

What you will do

  • Shadow the CEO in NYC to capture vlog, doc-style, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Edit and ship high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Produce longer-form YouTube pieces and documentary-style videos.
  • Establish and evolve a consistent visual style for the founder brand.
  • Build a content library and repurpose footage across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand and growth teams on creative direction and distribution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in NYC and available on short notice for shoots.
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating vlog and doc-style storytelling.
  • Proficiency in shooting (framing, audio) and editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci).
  • Deep understanding of growth and performance on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Recent graduate or current student (e.g., NYU) in Film, Media, or Journalism.
  • Self-directed ability to manage shoots and deliverables independently.

Nice to have

  • Skills in motion graphics, sound design, or color grading.
  • Experience building a personal audience or running own channels.
  • Experience with founder content or developer-focused SaaS audiences.
