What you will do

• Define and prioritize high-impact AI skills for agentic AI experiences to benefit small and mid-sized businesses.
• Lead the strategy for AI skill definition, governance, and integration into the QuickBooks product ecosystem.
• Partner with data scientists, developers, and designers to experiment with and launch emerging AI technologies.
• Establish and evangelize data-backed principles to accelerate AI ideation and define "great" experiences across teams.
• Set KPIs for customer delight and business outcomes, reporting research and progress to senior leadership.
• Oversee the integration of AI tools to maintain high quality and prevent redundant agentic behaviors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven history of rapid innovation and business growth.
• Deep expertise in building AI-native workflows, agentic orchestration, skill-tool mapping, and generative AI.
• Ability to work deeply with product development leaders on system architecture and scalable capability strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering 0-to-1 experiences from the ground up in emerging technology spaces.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to align C-level stakeholders around a shared AI vision.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in data science, computer science, math, statistics, or equivalent professional experience.
