Salary: $163,900 - $241,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic pricing initiatives from initial ideation to post-launch reviews.
• Manage project plans, resource capacity, and roadmaps for price changes, new product implementations, and acquisition integrations.
• Serve as the business owner for pricing and hirify.globaling infrastructure, including CPQ, CRM, and hirify.globaling Platforms.
• Execute regular audits of pricing implementation to identify discrepancies and mitigate revenue leakage.
• Analyze and redesign workflows for discounting and hirify.globaling reconciliation to drive operational excellence.
• Develop communication plans and training programs to enable internal teams to apply pricing updates correctly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program management with at least 2 years of specific pricing experience.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop compelling slides for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Experience driving change and collaborating within a global matrix organization.
• PMP certification is preferred.
