What you will do

• Partner with the SVP of Engineering to align engineering processes and roadmaps with broader company strategic goals.
• Build and scale technical enablement and deployment programs to empower engineers in solving complex customer challenges.
• Manage end-to-end headcount, including workforce planning, hiring strategy, and global resource allocation.
• Drive V2MOM planning and execution, maintaining oversight of engineering health metrics and budget management.
• Execute high-impact initiatives such as AI adoption, compliance programs, and operational transformations.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between execution and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or program management within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and operational frameworks in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams and large-scale programs.
• Demonstrated ability to support senior executives in a strategic and operational capacity.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS domain.
