What you will do

• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback to support skill development and career advancement.
• Conduct monthly QAQC reports and coordinate with project teams to resolve outstanding deliverables.
• Enforce onsite performance and productivity standards, including installation and mechanical standards.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for field issues and the face of the company during project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality Control, and ISO fulfillment standards.
• Perform site surveys for projects and verify commissioning readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years of experience working with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and MS Office tools.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 30lbs.
