Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) (VA Program): Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for complex multi-year VA programs with an accent on coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and tracking dependencies. Focus on identifying conflicts, resolving critical path risks, and supporting Earned Value Management reporting.

Location: Onsite in Rosslyn, VA, 4–5 days a week. Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the IMS using MS Project for multi-year VA programs.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from project managers, leads, and partners to track alignments and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path risks.
• Conduct status reviews with VA stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support project planning, EVM, and performance reporting.
• Generate schedule reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Incorporate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods and ensure compliance with VA frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years as scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, EVM, critical path method.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI-SP certification.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe.
• Familiarity with VA tools like PMAS, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Prior work with system integrators or federal health contractors.
