What you will do

• Process and submit electronic and physical titling documents to ensure lien perfection.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and jurisdictional organizations to obtain missing documentation.
• Track file progress in internal platforms and resolve issues within set SLAs.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound document shipments via FedEx.
• Conduct periodic audits of document storage in the Denver office for compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, Colorado (Onsite)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing.
• Proficiency in GSuite and ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work between 7 AM and 6 PM

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
