Salary: $81,000–$96,000 base + commission (up to $24,000)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive business value, product adoption, and optimal utilization of products.
- Act as strategic partner, aligning features with customer objectives and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Liaise between product management and customers, communicating roadmaps and facilitating strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, and product teams for seamless customer experience.
- Lead customer meetings, QBRs, and implement engagement strategies to minimize churn and boost satisfaction.
- Develop metrics, processes, and best practices; resolve critical situations as primary point of contact.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, managing relationships in complex organizations including Fortune 500/Global 2000.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software/SaaS customer management focused on growth, adoption, retention, and issue resolution at business owner/executive levels.
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce required.
- Strong communication skills for executive meetings; ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
