What you will do

• Order FHA Case Assignments, CAIVRS, and VA Appraisals (LIN) and COE via FHAC and WebLGY portals.
• Manage FHA/VA case transfer requests and perform necessary updates to case assignments.
• Maintain organized reporting to validate that all borrowers have cleared FHA holds and VA appraisals are reviewed within mandated timeframes.
• Process VA appraisal invoices for timely payment via accounts payable.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Processing to resolve missing documentation issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with a valid US social security number.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with cutting-edge technology and building new processes.
