Salary: $190k - $240k OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout their journey with the platform.
• Evaluate customer use cases to identify and execute opportunities for voice AI integration into product roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers via asynchronous communication and high-quality support.
• Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate the value of voice AI capabilities.
• Drive growth in API usage across various product offerings and end-customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle frequent context switching.
