What you will do

• Manage Capex projects from concept to completion, including detailed planning and documentation.
• Prepare business cases and provide financial justifications for proposed projects.
• Maintain and optimize technical documentation, including P&IDs, CAD, and BOM.
• Drive technical innovation and process improvements across the EIMEA region.
• Foster collaboration between sites to achieve technical standardization of equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure strict compliance with global engineering practices and safety standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Process Technology, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar engineering project management roles.
• Strong technical understanding of chemical production and process engineering technologies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be authorized to work in the EIMEA region.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other European languages.
• Strong technical understanding of adhesive production specifically.
• Proficiency in MS Project, CAD, and MS Office.
