What you will do
- Coordinate life cycle management of external platforms and align production outputs with annual requirements.
- Act as technical authority for injection moulding and pharmaceutical device assembly, driving design operations and investigations.
- Optimize and validate moulding and assembly processes in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Lead capital projects for the installation or refurbishment of production equipment.
- Manage tool and assembly line refurbishment, including spares management and platform upgrades.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive operational engineering evolution programs to detect gaps and risks.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in reliability engineering, project management, and supplier management.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and technical investigations.
