Performance Analyst (Sales)

What you will do

• Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on program rules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports to track metrics and support program execution.
• Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL.
• Maintain and update dashboards in Tableau or Google Looker.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align on bonus calculations.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance existing reporting tools.

Requirements

• Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Foundational knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) and cloud-based tools (AWS, Amazon Redshift).
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience within rental car, travel, or service-based industries.
• Experience with Tableau or Google Looker.
