Location: Hybrid (New York City), 3x/week in-office

Compensation: $115K – $145K base + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track AI search performance, including visibility, citations, and competitive movement.
• Translate platform data into clear, customer-facing insights and strategic recommendations tied to business goals.
• Design and support measurement frameworks and experiments, including hypothesis development and KPI definition.
• Diagnose performance shifts by analyzing prompt patterns, topic mix, and platform behavior across AI surfaces.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify customer pain points and improve internal analytics workflows.
• Conduct quantitative deep dives and research to produce benchmark studies and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a quantitative consulting role.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Solid foundations in statistics and experience working with high-volume behavioral or product data.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in SEO, digital analytics, search, or marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and how AI search visibility differs from traditional search.
• Exposure to NLP or classification workflows.
• Knowledge of schema.org, structured content, or technical SEO.
