TL;DR

Location: Full-time onsite at the Pentagon and Suffolk Building in Falls Church, VA (no hybrid or remote options)

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate daily workloads for a diverse team of 25+ analysts and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure seamless communication between contractor support teams and the ODASW(NM).
  • Handle full-cycle personnel management, including hiring, retention, and performance counseling.
  • Oversee the peer review process and quality control for high-visibility deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary interface and advocate for the contractor support team with ODASW(NM) leadership.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Master's degree in any field.
  • 15+ years of experience within the US nuclear enterprise.
  • 10+ years of documented experience in leadership, management, or program management.
  • Experience working within an Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience managing contracts and familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Knowledge of DoW, DOE, and NNSA programming, budgeting, and financial processes.
  • Expertise in nuclear weapons, forensics, surety, and energy.
