What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, HQ demos, podcasts, and C-suite appearances.
• Coordinate across commercial, corporate development, and engineering teams to ensure successful robot demonstrations.
• Manage robot demonstrations both at hirify.global headquarters and externally.
• Responsible for maintaining messaging and consistency across all events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a program manager, investor relations, corporate development, or chief of staff role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent judgment and execution capabilities in high-pressure situations.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take action and execute on condensed timelines.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and low ego.
