TL;DR
Marketing Intern (Demand Generation): Supporting the Global Demand team with internal and 3rd party marketing programs with an accent on campaign setup, execution, and lead tracking. Focus on managing Salesforce campaigns, optimizing UTM tracking, and auditing lead quality from external vendors.
Location: Hybrid - Must be based in or be able to relocate to the greater Arlington, VA area (office attendance required 4 days a week).

What you will do
- Set up, monitor, and report on demand generation programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, tracking lead quality and managing return processes with vendors.
- Develop and maintain campaign tracking links within the UTM database to ensure proper attribution.
- Coordinate the development and hand-off of campaign assets to external vendors.
- Verify, clean, and process lead reports from third-party partners.
- Analyze initiative pacing and ROI to make data-driven optimization decisions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Must be available for the program duration: May 18th, 2026 - August 14th, 2026.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to CRM tools (specifically Salesforce) or Email Marketing software.
- Experience in compliance or in-house corporate environments.
