What you will do

• Guide customers through AVD environment deployments and Azure infrastructure setup using hirify.global Manager.
• Provide hands-on technical support for IT professionals across Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving FSLogix, networking, and Active Directory (Azure AD, AD DS).
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and drive resolution of advanced platform bugs.
• Deliver product guidance and technical walkthroughs to help customers maximize the value of their deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Virtual Desktop deployments or Azure environment management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and system configuration tasks.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with the hirify.global platform (NME or NMM).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-800/801, or MD-102).
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
