Salary: $110,000-$160,000

What you will do
- Oversee and resolve technical support tickets and cybersecurity issues.
- Conduct training for new customers and deep dives into platform features.
- Handle setup and configuration of new features for clients.
- Assist customers in writing scheduled tasks and custom queries.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
- Collaborate with security operations, engineering, and product teams on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years in customer-facing Customer Success or Technical Support role.
- Experience with SIEM, NTA platforms, networking fundamentals, and Syslog log ingestion.
- Hands-on Linux administration (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
