What you will do

• Support clients during the integration of Open Banking functionality.
• Ensure integration quality through rigorous testing and quality control.
• Maintain and improve the integration FAQ and technical documentation.
• Monitor system operation and stability to ensure high reliability.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Payments, Automation, and SRE teams on complex investigations.
• Mentor junior and middle support engineers and share best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, client-server architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience with FinTech or payment products (payment flows, reconciliation, PSPs).
• Proficiency with Postman, Kibana, Azure, and/or Microsoft .NET.
• Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher.
