Technical Support Engineer T2 (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer - T2 (Cybersecurity) 🛡️

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or macOS
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, ports, Wireshark, Telnet, Netstat)
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Nice to have:
• Experience in cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Active Directory (GPOs, replication, etc.)
• Experience with SCCM, SIEM, asset management tools
• Knowledge of databases, ELK stack, SQL
