TL;DR

Associate Customer Service Technical Specialist (Compliance Software): Providing support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing for Consumer Compliance software, resolving inquiries, configuring software in customer networks or SaaS. Focus on database administration with MS SQL Server, troubleshooting SQL issues, data import/export, and web technologies like ASP.NET and web services.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - St Cloud, MN. Flexible work hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 24x7 pager coverage required for certain products.

Salary: $47,600 - $81,250 USD

What you will do

  • Handle first-level customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web ticketing.
  • Resolve customer problems, distinguishing user errors from application issues.
  • Educate customers on products, apply service policies, and match benefits to needs.
  • Configure Compliance Solutions software in customer networks or SaaS platforms.
  • Perform database administration including MS SQL Server scripting, jobs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage data import/export across various file formats and use SaaS monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, BCIS or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year previous technical customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS.
  • Web experience in ASP.NET, AJAX, JSON, Web Services, HTML/CSS, XML, SOAP.
  • Knowledge of financial institution banking processes and compliance regulations.
  • Enter CRM information in Salesforce timely and accurately; participate in team meetings.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with industry technologies interacting with WKCS products.
