Salary: zł257,000–zł385,000 (Annual base for Poland)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable data models and ELT pipelines for business reporting and analytics.
• Transform raw data into structured, usable formats using dbt and other ETL tools.
• Optimize SQL-based data models to improve processing performance and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive standardization and consistency of product data modeling and schemas across the company.
• Contribute to the technical vision to enhance overall data systems and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes in big data environments.
• Extensive expertise with SQL, dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with cloud columnar databases such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift.
• Proven experience in performance testing, capacity planning, and cost optimization for large-scale data systems.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Poland or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience working at fast-paced and scaled B2B Tech companies.
