Salary: zł233,500 – zł350,350 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to design and deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Develop new business modules and functions to enhance the fintech platform.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to improve system stability and performance.
• Ensure high code quality through test automation and adherence to SOLID principles.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of development methodologies and technical practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (DI/AOP/REST), Spring Boot, and JPA.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle DB and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with microservice architecture and Docker.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: Effective verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices.
