What you will do

• Define and lead product strategy and delivery for Open VSX and other high-growth services.
• Drive adoption, activation, and retention using product-led growth strategies tailored for developer tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security teams to improve reliability, performance, and usability.
• Measure and optimize key growth metrics, including activation rates, user engagement, and churn.
• Design and run experiments to test onboarding flows, pricing strategies, and feature performance.
• Shape commercial offerings for enterprise users while ensuring free access for individual developers.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably with developer platforms or tools.
• Proven track record in product-led growth within B2B or developer-centric environments.
• Experience working with developer communities; open source experience is highly desirable.
• English: Fluent proficiency for working in an English business environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel analyses, and behavioral metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
