Salary: $1,600 - $1,900 per month

What you will do

• Edit long-form YouTube and website videos with high production value, including jump cuts, transitions, and keyframing.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter assets for Reels, TikToks, and social posts to maximize reach.
• Develop, obtain approval for, and schedule a monthly social media content calendar.
• Ensure all content reflects a professional and authoritative brand voice suitable for family law.
• Experiment with AI tools and avatars to improve onboarding and training processes.
• Manage and track creative concepts and inputs from the founder to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Specialist.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and how to turn one video into many assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects independently and stay highly organized.
