What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of brand channels including Instagram, X, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop captions and copy and schedule content while maintaining the editorial calendar across teams.
• Actively engage with audiences through likes, comments, and DMs to foster a vibrant community.
• Lead social listening to identify trending topics, audience conversations, and cultural moments.
• Generate and pitch innovative content ideas based on reporting insights to key stakeholders.
• Compile and distribute regular reports on campaign efficacy and key metrics for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience managing social platforms for multiple brands.
• Must be based in New York, Tennessee, or California.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, AI, gaming, and the music market.
• Proven experience in running reports and analyzing data for strategy development.

• Agency or record label experience.
• Knowledge of audio, photo, and video editing programs.
