What you will do

• Manage end-to-end monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute platform-native posts.
• Analyze KPIs and deliver in-depth monthly reports with actionable optimization recommendations.
• Monitor social trends and competitor activity to provide data-backed insights.
• Provide on-ground content capture and real-time posting during live client events.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of social media management experience.
• Mandatory agency experience.
• Expert knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook best practices.
• Proven track record in managing content calendars for multiple brands.
• Strong analytical skills for translating complex data into strategic insights.
• Experience with mobile content capture (photo/video) for live events.

Nice to have

• Experience in paid social media management (planning and optimization).
