What you will do

  • Lead delivery of multiple concurrent programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control across cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, provide executive reporting, and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate customer implementations, ensuring alignment with contracts and success criteria.
  • Drive operational improvements and institutionalize best practices in program management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex programs as Program or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving with customer focus and ability to influence without authority.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, AgilePM).
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, financial services, mobility, or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
