What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple products and platforms.
• Serve as Scrum Master for critical program-level initiatives, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Lead complex enterprise-wide programs, managing budgets, scope, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks to measure program health.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
• Develop KPIs to measure delivery performance and mentor project managers across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, including 3+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Proven track record of managing complex software releases in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release management best practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
