What you will do

• Lead and grow a full stack engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to architecture, design reviews, and code.
• Own end-to-end delivery of major product and platform initiatives from planning to deployment.
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure the platform scales for enterprise finance and engineering buyers.
• Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into executable engineering plans.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing standards, and incident response.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building full stack web applications and data-intensive platforms.
• 2+ years in an engineering management or tech lead manager role.
• Strong technical depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js or Go, and BigQuery or large-scale data warehousing.
• Demonstrated product sense and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).
• Active use of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features (LLM integration, RAG, AI agent workflows).
