What you will do

• Design and develop a robust platform enabling users to create and manage AI agents and their interactions.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) to ensure scalability for coordinated agent operations.
• Build complex workflows and pipelines for multi-agent coordination using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to test AI agents in complex scenarios, focusing on individual and system-level dynamics.
• Develop search capabilities and integrate them into the AI platform to provide agents with essential information access.
• Address AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization and compliance with protection regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with multiple LLMs and understanding their specific strengths and limitations.
• Expertise in orchestration software such as LangGraph or similar agent workflow frameworks.
• Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems in complex testing environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals with a strong focus on backend engineering.
• Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with search technologies and handling challenging AI privacy scenarios.
