BESS Analyst (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Monitor BESS performance using advanced diagnostic tools within the Customer Success Center.
• Identify and diagnose system issues by leveraging predictive analytics to mitigate potential failures.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customer-reported issues and guide resolution steps remotely.
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers to manage on-site visits for unresolved technical issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of troubleshooting processes, incidents, and system updates in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the Performance Improvement Team to enhance predictive models and maintenance protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in energy storage systems, power systems, or related technical support.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of BESS technology, SCADA systems, and energy storage software.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and customer-facing communication.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required at the time of application.
